The twentieth season of The Real World premiered on 16th April 2008. The season was housed in Hollywood and the episodes showing the footages of the house inmates were of 44 minutes in duration. A total of 13 episodes were aired across the season. The new house members include 24 years old Joey Kovar who is an aspiring actor from Chicago, 25 years old Kimberly Alexander who is an aspiring reporter from South Carolina, 24 years old William Gilbert who is a music producer from Detroit, 22 years old David Malinosky who is an aspiring actor from Pennsylvania, 21 years old Sarah Ralston who is an aspiring reporter from Arizona, 20 years old Brianna Taylor who is a singer from Pennsylvania, 20 years old Greg Halstead who is a model from Florida, 23 years old Nick Brown who is an aspiring model and TV host from New York and finally 22 years old Brittini Sherrod who is a model from Arizona.

In the first episode, the cast assembles at the house and Sarah, Kimberly and Joey notice Greg’s unfriendly behavior while Brianna feels that she has lost Will’s respect after she confessed about her being a stripper.

She also learns about an arrest warrant against her while Kimberly, Dave, Joey and Brianna criticize Greg for his behavior in a group confessional and Greg responds by calling them names and telling them that he is perfect. Later, Joey makes up with Greg who invites Will out for a night, upsetting Sarah about Will missing her birthday party. At dinner, the men flirt with a lady offending the women. Kim openly flirts with Dave while Joey and Brianna sleep together. Later Kim and Brianna have an argument when the maximum number of guests allowed in the house is exceeded while Joey fears of not being able to cope with peer pressure. Kim and Dave declare that they do not want to have a serious relationship while Joey and Brianna reminisce about their past problems and Greg is suspected for playing pranks on the group. The house members are informed about their impending improv comedy lessons at the iO WEST theater where they will be coached by Artistic Director Charna Halpern. The cast fears that Greg’s rude refusal to attend a mandatory comedy night will get him into trouble with Charna while Joey and Brianna face a problem in their relationship when Brianna flirts with a man named JoJo. Brianna goes back to her home to solve her legal problem, taking Will along with her while Dave and Joey are enraged at Kim and Sarah about being prejudiced about people who choose stripping as a profession to overcome their financial problems. Tension grips the house over the issue of bringing home guests early in the morning. Joey throws a tantrum after getting drunk, which frightens his roommates and Brianna comes back realizing that she still loves her ex-boyfriend Bobby. Joey has to leave the house to go into a rehab for thirty days. Kim and Dave who move on to a more physical relationship, experience some tension in their relationship while Greg gets hired for a fashion show which clashes with his improv classes and Brianna tries to seek motivation for her singing career.[Read More.....]
