MTV is now facing a lawsuit for its immensely popular reality show, The Real World.

The lawsuit has been filed by a lady named, Golzar Amirmotazedi, who appeared in an episode of “The Real World: Washington D.C.”.

The case has been filed at the D.C. Superior Court, against Viacom, MTV and the creators of the show. She claims that she faced assault of confidentiality, false light and confession of secret facts, deliberate and careless annoyance of emotional agony.

Sources revealed that she was not shown “in the best light” during the episode of “The Real World: Washington D.C.” She also stated that she was given a number of alcoholic drinks, then embarrassed and terrified, when she rejected sexual liaisons with one of the participants of this show. However, it is a well known fact that anyone who appears on the show, is required to sign a waiver. This is done to ensure that the channel or the authorities cannot be held responsible at a later time.
